Answers before you book

Questions about ethernet & low voltage.

Why hardwired ethernet instead of Wi-Fi?+

Ethernet gives you consistent speeds, lower latency (important for gaming and video calls), and no interference from walls or neighbors. Ideal for offices, media rooms, and anywhere you need reliable connectivity.

Do you install the networking equipment too?+

We run and terminate the cables. For routers, switches, and access points, we can advise on placement and mount them, but we don't configure network equipment or firewalls.

Does low voltage work need a permit?+

In most cases, no. Low voltage wiring (ethernet, coax, phone, speaker wire) is typically permit-exempt. We'll let you know if your specific situation is different.
